Peruvian Ceviche

Garlic & ginger
Lemon or Lime juice

Put ginger & garlic in the juice
Red onion
TIP: soak onion in cold water to take out the bitter taste
Celery, Paisley & Coriander

Peruvian Yellow Chili (Casa Iberica -Fitzroy) or
red chilli - sweet yellow chili (@ Woolworths)
Salt & pepper


Tip: Boil the sweet potatoes with a couple of tablespoons of sugar
Chop Fish (flake) in equal squares
Leave the fish soak in the juice around 1hr. or until the fish get white and cooked
Serve with the sweet potatoes (cold) and letters around...
Serve it without the monkey and enjoy! :)
